How does someone go about getting a birth certificate from Arizona?

I know live in indiana but need to get my birth certificate, anyone know how i i go about doing that?

On the left side of the page, click on Family, Health, Safety.

Scroll down to Marriage, Birth and Death; it's on the right side of the page.

Click on Birth Certificates.

Fee Schedule is on a different page.
the Arizona Courthouse, u go there and get your birth certificate. it may cost money.How does someone go about getting a birth certificate from Arizona?

You can go to the Arizona Department of Health Services website for vital records. The website has all the information you will need to know, with addresses and telephone numbers.

Contact the Health Department of the town you were born in, or contact the Department of Vital Statistics in Phoenix, Good luck.

I think it will let you request records, may have to pay a little since you are out of state. Good luck.
you go to the nearest public records office in your place, or better yet search it online, they're some sites that do such thing.
