Is a notorized copy of a birth certificate acceptable for Disney's free Birthday ticket?

I don't want to carry the original Birth Certificate of my child with me to the park, but I don't want to be turned away if this is not sufficiant, does any one know or has any one had a problem with this at the Disneyland park.Is a notorized copy of a birth certificate acceptable for Disney's free Birthday ticket?
Proper valid identification would be a Driver's License including a photo, Government-issued Photo ID, or a Government-issued Passport. If you are under age 18 and don't have any of the above mentioned ID, an original or a certified copy of a Birth Certificate is required. School IDs or children security IDs are not deemed government-issued photo IDs and will not be accepted.

The only things you can use for proof are (guessing that your child is under 18):

-The Real birth certificate

-A certified copy of the birth certificate

-A passport (NOT expired)

If the child has a passport, that's your best bet. But since you are talking about birth certificates, a certified copy of the birth certificate will work or the actual birth certificate. For instances like these, I suggest you contact the state where your child was born, and shell out the few bucks for a duplicate birth certificate so that you can have one for instances like registering your child for school, taking advantage of birthday promotions, etc. It's always great to have an extra copy on hand.
