Several researchers have gone to Kenya to get copies of the birth certificate for Barack Obama from the maternity hospital where he was born.
However the Kenya Government had the researchers arrested and deported before they could get a copy of Obama's Birth Certificate from The Maternity hospital in Kenya.

The usual answer to this question that is designed to confuse people is.
NO he likely does not have a Birth Certificate in Kenya. Reason why is because Obama's parents likely wanted him (Barrack) to be born in the U.S. His mother was likely to pregnant to get on the plane. Back then airlines typically did not allow late in the term pregnant women on the plane. At the time of the birth back them it was common for proud grandparents or any other family members to place birth announcements in the newspapers. Notice how it does not give a place of birth? Then its possible little Barrack went to Hawaii (after his birth) and got a Certification of Live Birth but in no way said he was a natural born citizen. Hawaii at that time allowed parents to do this practice.

I saw one, but it was clearly a forgery since it was titled, 'Kenyan Certificate of Live Birth', while the authentic ones are titled, 'Kenyan Birth Certificate'. Also, the ink used on the forgery was NOT available in Kenya in 1961, which is further evidence that it is a forgery.

What I would like to see is any reputable reporter who would sit down and do a report on the legitimate and legal reasons as to WHY OBAMA REFUSES to give in to the nutcases.

Obama's long form certificate is no longer the issue. The issue is the idea of the birthers that the govt has no authority to investigate someone's background.. and somehow, they should be given that authority, even when the law is clear that a birth certificate is a legally private record.
So.. if the birthers have their way.. the precedent is set that anyone's rights to privacy could be overturned. Including their own. They can't figure out why a judge ISN'T going to issue any order to anyone, for Obama to give them what they demand. The demand is illegal to start with. Given the reality that they can't grasp that there is no evidence of a adoption.. that they believe Orly Taitz when she falsely tells them "you must have 2 citizen parents to be a natural born citizen".. HOW can anyone expect them to listen to a rational explanation of why he WON'T ever "release" his long form? They don't even know that a legitimate copy is right in front of their noses. They choose to sit and count pixels, and accept the "proof" of some guy who won't even release his own real name.
One solution? laws that require ALL candidate be subject to a security clearance investigation.. but it STILL means that such investigations would not be a public document... meaning.. they STILL will not have the authority to invade the privacy of anyone.

All Obama has to do is show the country his real birth certificate and not a certificate of Live Birth. It's not the same and we know it. Obama's grandmother said he was born in Kenya. My Grandma knows where I was born.
There is no constitutional requirement to prove the negatve, Without evidence to the contrary, the negative is presumed
Kenya is in Africa and I doubt they have birth certificates there.
