My boyfriend was born in seoul, korea. his father was in the air force, and they came back to the states when he was four months old. How would we obtain a copy of his birth certificate? i have tried searching and i am not sure how to do it. thanks!How do i get my birth certificate if born out of the country?

were married, he should be able to get his birth certificate through the
Air Force or the hospital where he was born if it was not on base. He
needs to check with his dad or the Air Force. It will be a long process
so be patient.
