Go online to the State of Delaware. Find the agency from which you can obtain your Birth Certificate.



You can usually do it online. All you need is: Your date of birth. Your mother's maiden name and your father's name. And where you were born.



Do you know all that?



If so, it will probably only cost a few dollars and they will send it to you.

as has been posted you can get them online. Another way is apply for a state ID card. If you have your social security card you cand get a state Picture ID and then when you have it you can get your birth cert from the court house.
Usually the local municipality in which you were born has a web site that will let you order a certified copy online, or at least obtain instructions for ordering a copy through the mail. The trick is doing a search to find that site. Try putting the words Birth Cirtificate and the name of your state or city into your favorite search engine and see what happens - good luck.

In order to assure compliancy, please ask anyone who can hear you and understand you who themself has a photo id. Be nice to this person as this person will be your new Legal Representative. (need not be forever) Give that person a cookie or bake them a cake as they apply for YOUR Birth Certificate copy.
