Believe me, you are not the first person in this jam and there is going to be some sort of process for you to get that birth certificate.

They will direct you to government official records where you can get an official and authentic replacement. Once got your replacement birth certificate, you can ask for your passport replacement, but there you have to be patient and take it easy since they will ask lot of questions and you have to convince them that you really lost your pass.
