I think that because Obama promised a transparent administration and he himself is keeping some things under wraps such as his school records and yes his birth certificate, that just makes him look guilty as hel*. No one spends a ton of money to keep school records and such hidden if he isn't hiding something.How does everyone feel about the whole birth certificate drama with President Obama?

By all rights, the non-story about President Obama's birth certificate should have disappeared from sight years ago. But a stubborn, politically-motivated few - including, most recently, Donald Trump - persist in spreading groundless suspicions about whether Obama was born in the United States.

This has spread confusion among voters who don't pay close attention to political fact-checkers. Some assume that since there's so much smoke being blown, there must be a fire somewhere. Others will embrace any allegation that confirms their negative attitude toward the president.

Allow us to once again set the record straight. Here are the facts:

U A certificate of live birth, the only document available to Hawaiians to establish their citizenship, was made public by the Obama campaign back in the summer of 2008. It is posted on the Web and has been examined by independent journalists. It is signed, with the embossed seal of the State of Hawaii.

U The Hawaii state archives hold another Obama birth record that state officials are prohibited from making public by state law. It has been examined by two successive directors of the Hawaii Department of Public Health, one a Republican and one a Democrat, who have both certified its authenticity.

U Within days of his birth on Aug. 4, 1961, the hospital sent announcements that were published in two Honolulu newspapers. It would be impossible to fake such announcements decades after those newspapers were printed and put on microfilm, and we can't imagine why anyone would bother faking the records of a newborn child.
