How can one get copy of birth certificate from cheating husband and girlfriend?

If a man is cheating on his wife and has had another child by this other woman, how can I get a copy of the birth certificate if I am not an immediate family member? I think this wife has the right to know her husband is scum. She has no clue and I can't go in with no proof.

What makes you think he even signed the birth certificate if he is married? most men are not stupid enough to do that.

I actually think you should keep your nose out of it. Good intentions or not this will blow up in your face. Besides if there is a kid in the mix she will find out eventually without you meddling.

How do you know this to be fact if you are friends with the wife? If you aren't friends with the wife why are you hell bent on getting involved?. why do you know about the affair and love child? and she has no clue, just curious
How good of friends are you with the wife? Good friends? Just an acquaintance? Unless you're a good friend, stay out of it. You'll only end up looking like a meddler.



If you really must tell her, do it indirectly. Send her an anonymous letter or email telling her about her husband's infidelity. If you have a picture of the woman and her child, send that with the missive.

You can not get one without being the parent or guardian of the child.
