Birth certificate?

we just moved to austin t.x. and my 5yr old's birth certificate got packed in the move so,Can i still register her in school with out it , I have her shot record and her social.Birth certificate?
You can go online I am pretty sure your hometown/ where ever the child was born has an online hall of records. You simply give the site your information and pay via visa and it will be mailed to you in about 10 business days. I am more then sure that you will not be able to enroll the child without a birth cirtificate.

Take care
No you need the birth certificate. Thats good that u have the other two things. Just get thatBirth certificate?
i live in houston. nah they want the birth certificate. you can always try to obtain the records... not sure from where thoughBirth certificate?
I live in Texas too and I think that you have to have the birth certificate
matters what the school requires.. call them and see . my niece and nephew needed their birth certificate to start.. in ohio and california
If your child has a passport, that would work. I think what you have is enough to get her into school, but you'll still have to bring the birth certificate in within a period of time (10-30 days). They want the kids IN SCHOOL, not hanging around for paperwork.
You might be able to register her without it depending on how leniant the school is. Let them know your situation and how long it may take to get the birth certificate and see what they say. You have everything else so it shouldn't be a problem as long as you'll be able to bring it to them later on. Good luck!
no, she cant

u need your birth certificate to be able to join any school

u need legal documents.

sorry
You will probably have to call the school and ask them, but here in our town you aren't allowed to register for school without one. We had to send away for a certified copy and they did enroll my child knowing that I would get it to them asap.
The school will probably give you a short amount of time to get it, but you need to get it soon. If you can't find it, call the health department of the county your child was born in, and they will connect you with whomever you need to speak to to get a new copy.
