Birth certificate?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and i was living with my fiance at the time of his death... when i was only 8 weeks pregnant... we had one son already and he signed the affidavit of parentage so he could be listed as the father... how do i go about adding him to this babys birth certificate now that he is deceased?Birth certificate?
I beleive thats a question for the Social Security Office. Thats more like a legal question, unless you come across an SSO worker. Good Luck

And for the birth certificate, you will be asked to fill out the paper, weather he is deceased or not you can put his name where it belongs. Sorry for the loss.
Depends on your state, however you should be able to do it at the hospital without any problems. The affadavit of parentage is not necessary to add someone to a birth certificate, it just means they waive the right to demand a DNA test before support is granted, etc.Birth certificate?
there is no prob in that u can just write his name at father's place in birth registration form and there should be something in which u can state the situation that he has expired.Birth certificate?
awww sweetie im so sorry i think you can just put his name on it you should ask your lawyer what to do
i think all you have to do is write his name on the line. I don't think he needs to sign anything.

they might actually use the word deceased instead of his name, I've seen that before.

Good luck and i am sorry for your loss.
You can just list him on the birth certificate...My husband didn't need to sign anything on the birth certificate. So Sorry for your lose.
Print it out , you can give the baby any name.

I'm sorry he pass.

GOD BLESS
In California, unmarried fathers have to sign a declaration of paternity. Ask the hospital staff (possibly before you go in for labor and delivery) how to go about this.
