Is it okay to use baptismal certificate rather than birth certificate in getting a Philippine Passport?

I want to have a passport 20 days after this day. I don't have time in getting an authenticated birth certificate , based on what I've heard from people is that the NSO office ( which is in charge of birth certificates) will release Birth certificates after 12 days.Is it okay if i'll use my Baptismal Certificate instead of birth certificate?|||NO, you cant even use birthcertificate that they issued from municipal hall, it should be authenticated from NSO.|||No. A baptismal certificate is considered a supporting document.
