What did your childs birth certificate look like?

Where was your child born and what did their birth certificate look like. My daughters was born in GA and hers is a form that started with "State of Georgia Certificate of Live Birth" printed on "special" paper.What did your childs birth certificate look like?
haha oh liz...honey...my daughters birth certificate which costs us $15(we live in MS) was HAND WRITTEN! lol yes...by some person...with not that great of handwriting...in black ink...oh you gotta love ms dont you?! :)

I was born in Miami and was issued a birth certificate about the size of a regular ID. It has the state seal on it and all the general information. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it and people wishing they had a small handy one. Up until a few years ago, I thought everyone had a small certificate. I recently found out that you can purchase the small ones now.
My GA birth cert. from 24 years ago is on green paper with a state seal embossed into the bottom of the page.
