According to the Constitution, who does the President elect have to show his birth certificate to?

To prove he is a "natural born citizen" of the USA? I know that the president must have been born in the USA as a natural born citizen, but exactly WHO does the president elect have to prove his citizenship to? I hear all kinds of stories about birth certificates not being shown but legally, who has the right to see the president elect's birth certificate and Prove it is valid? I cannot find this info anywhere. For example, who has Obama shown his original birth certificate to, in order to prove he is "natural born"? Who have all previous President elect's had to show their birth certificate to? Or is just assumed they are natural born unless proven otherwise?According to the Constitution, who does the President elect have to show his birth certificate to?
At this time all the presidential candidates have to do is sign an affidavit stating that they are natural born citizens, their age, etc. They do not have to provide proof to anyone.
The State Department.According to the Constitution, who does the President elect have to show his birth certificate to?
Apparently nobody. Obama has sealed his. Nobody has seen it.According to the Constitution, who does the President elect have to show his birth certificate to?
There is nothing in the Constitution about showing a birth certificate to anybody. I'll bet that a number of our presidents never had one.
I would think he must show it to any citizen of the United States who wants to see it or the Federal Election Commission who is also named in Berg v. Obama, which is very much alive.
No one. The Constitution is silent on how to verify natural citizenship status. The feds have their own process of course.
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

The Constitution is silent on the matter of proof
It is actually up to the party that nominates him the Democratic National Committee has to prove their nominee is a naturalized citizen, in order to have his name on the general election ballet.
Generally, the Supreme Court has review of Constitutional issues, so I would say at minimum they can get it.

The authorities.
