How do I get a new Birth Certificate without ordering online?


I need to get a ID but I seemed to of misplaced my current Birth Certificate, but I do not have a credit card to order online, how do I get a new Birth Certificate. I do have my Social Security card though.|||It depends on the procedure in your state/county.





My husband was unable to obtain a new copy of his birth certificate, since his ID had expired; EVEN by showing up at the offices WITH his mother! (He was in his 60s!)|||You can't. You have to visit the county vital records office where you were born or complete an application form and have it notarized, then mail with your payment.
