If it was a typo on the birth certificate you can try going to the Health Dept. of the county where he was born . If it is to change the name or something like that, you have to go to court.How to change a birth certificate of my son?

yuo need to go to city hall beause they will take your information then tell yuo go to some place i forgot the name but they will tell you
The only thing you can change his name. You would go down to the court and file for it. Both parents must agree.
