I'm over 18 but I've never had a full birth certificate I only have one which states my name date of birth and place of birth

I have also heard this can hinder your job prospects

Some areas.....such as Hawaii.....have gone electronic (paperless).... they only issue the short form.... You can contact the county where you were born and attempt to obtain a "long form".....but I doubt it will happen.....the short form is legal and should not be a problem except if you are a Democrat....black.....and running for PresidentHow can I get my full birth certificate?
