If the father didn't sign the birth certificate, does he have any rights to the child? She already filed for Child support, if he was to give up his parental rights...would he have to pay? Paternity has been established, he's the father.Birth certificate??

if he signed his rights over he would lose all rights and it wouldn't be out sealed documents. he would not pay but the sticker is will the woman let him sign off that is where it comes out. if she won't he can't and the judge then will go after him for support.
